This white Côtes du Rhône Villages is composed of 25% Roussanne and 25% Marsanne with fruity citrus aromas, 25% Viognier with floral notes, and 25% white Grenache which gives it its structure.
This cuvée is made from a manual harvest, from vines located in the Rasteau and Roaix areas, whose exposure is perfect for an optimal maturation of the grapes. A meticulous sorting in the vineyard is carried out before the elaboration and the ageing in stainless steel tanks during 5 to 6 months.
This selection of grapes and their vinification give them an extremely generous and fruity nose, with notes of white peach and apricot, as well as aromas of white flowers and spices. On the palate, the sensation is greedy with a very delicately spicy finish.
This white Côte du Rhône Village will go perfectly with gambas flambéed with cognac, roasted guinea fowl with small vegetables or a sheep's cheese with a touch of honey.
To be drunk now and within two years, it should be served between 9° and 11° to offer the best of itself.
